This photographic series explores how visual composition can evoke emotion through revisiting familiar spaces. These photographs were taken during a workshop with the Austrian Embassy in Amman and were mentored by the photographer Gregor Sailer.

The chosen location holds deep emotional significance for me. It is where I spent many summer holidays during my childhood and teenage years. Since much of what I remember is tied to people and shared activities, I was faced with the question: Does a physical space retain meaning in the absence of people and experiences?
